Formerly known as Paralleprestigy and founded in 2013, KWD is a Portuguese company operating in the real estate sector. With extensive experience, depth market knowledge, and a broad network of contacts, it operates in the investment, promotion, management and brokerage of all types of real estate assets, focusing on Logistics, Retail, Tourism, Student Housing, Residential Rentals, Urban Rehabilitation and New Residential Construction. We identify and propose to our clients the most relevant, solid and profitable investments, ensuring the success of their projects. We invest in Project Development as a sole investor or in partnership.

Our company's founder

Victor Reis

With over 35 years of experience since earning his Engineering degree and more than 20 years in the Engineering and Industrial Project Development sectors at companies such as Efacec and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), Victor Reis transitioned into the real estate market as an executive administrator at Grupo Fibeira SGPS.
There, he led a diverse portfolio of real estate projects spanning hospitality, residential, parking facilities, offices, and retail.

Over the past 12 years, as an investor and developer, he has spearheaded projects in hospitality, residential, urban rehabilitation, and retail sectors, demonstrating a proven track record in transforming visions into impactful real estate ventures.

Our company's Director

Zélia D'Avo

Zelia d’Avo is a civil engineer. She began her career as a structural designer. She joined the Profabril/Consulplano group as head of the bridges division. In the following years, she worked for Fibeira, a major property group in Portugal, where she was responsible for monitoring various property developments in Portugal, particularly in the hotel sector.

In the last decade at the KWD group, he has supervised projects in the residential and hotel sectors.
